Week 4: Workout 1

Coach Carl got tied up this week so I had my own gym’s WOD. But I did do my push press conditioning.

I stopped at 95# (my max was 80#) and my gym partner said, “That looks too easy!” So, we got it at 105. Then 110. Happy with it.

Tonight’s WOD was


Pretty light but a nice start to the week. I am very happy it wasn’t an insanity WOD. My arms are gonna be a brat tomorrow.
