Week 5: Workout 1

WOD

So, today was literal garbage. I had to go workout.


Not listed: Back Squat Conditioning

40% – 1 rep, 50% – 2 reps, etc. till 90%. Then back down to 50% for 5 sets of 10 reps.

Those burpees MURDERED me. My arms were so hot that I had to take the weight off my barbell. But, I finished. And that’s what matters most.
